Export first if you might want it later.
Deletion is permanent and we hold no backup, so nothing can be recovered afterwards — not by you and not by us. If there is any chance you'll want this history, go to History → Export and save a PDF or CSV before you continue.
1. Delete everything inside the app
This is the complete and immediate method:
- Open Peptiq.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Data & Privacy.
- Tap Erase All Data.
- Confirm when prompted. If you have App Lock enabled, authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.
Every protocol, log entry, note, reminder, and preference is destroyed at that moment. There is no grace period, no soft-delete, no recycling bin, and nothing to "reactivate". If iCloud sync is on, the deletion propagates to your other devices as soon as they reach the network.
2. Remove synced copies from iCloud
Step 1 already removes your Peptiq data from iCloud. If you want to be thorough — or if you deleted the app before erasing your data — you can also clear it directly from Apple:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top, then iCloud.
- Tap Manage Account Storage (or Manage Storage).
- Select Peptiq and tap Delete Data from iCloud.
Bear in mind that an iCloud or Finder device backup made earlier may still contain a copy. Apple's backup retention is under your control in iCloud settings, not ours.
3. Delete the app
Touch and hold the Peptiq icon on the Home Screen, choose Remove App, then Delete App. This removes the app's sandboxed storage from the device. If sync was enabled, do step 1 or step 2 as well — deleting the app alone does not clear the iCloud copy.
4. Cancel a subscription, if you have one
Deleting your data and deleting the app do not cancel an auto-renewing subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple and must be cancelled through Apple:
- Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Peptiq and tap Cancel Subscription.
For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves.
5. Delete support correspondence
If you have emailed us, that thread sits in our mailbox — it is the one place we may hold personal information about you, namely your email address and whatever you wrote. Email privacy@peptiq.app and ask us to delete it, and we will, within 30 days and usually within two business days. Otherwise it is deleted automatically 24 months after the last message in the thread.
6. What remains after deletion, and why

7. Why there is no account to delete
Peptiq deliberately has no sign-up, no password, and no user database. We took that route precisely so that a page like this one could be short: the strongest possible deletion guarantee is not having your data in the first place. There is no server-side profile, no analytics identity, and no marketing list associated with you.
We publish this page because Apple's App Store Review Guidelines (5.1.1(v)) require apps to offer a clear path to account and data deletion, and because you are entitled to know exactly how to make your information disappear.
8. Prefer to ask us?
You do not need our involvement to delete anything, but if you would rather submit a formal request — for example, to exercise a right under the GDPR, the CCPA, or another privacy law — email privacy@peptiq.app with the subject line Deletion request.
We acknowledge within two business days and complete verified requests within 30 days (or 45 where U.S. state law permits an extension, with notice to you). We will tell you honestly if the answer is that we hold nothing about you, which is the usual outcome.
